★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid 19 Pandemic and Shoppers on Second Line just let everyone in yesterday. No line up outside the door to limit customers yesterday; just chaos inside with many customers not bothering to keep proper physical distance from other shoppers. For those of us trying to maintain social distancing, it was a nightmare. The poor young check out clerk said it had been like that all day and that people were just ignoring social distancing. I won't go back at all while this pandemic is still occurring. I spoke to a friend who had the exact same experience shopping here and she also won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One if the rudest young women working there I've ever met. I think she was a manager but was extremely rude to me and a friend. I understand thing are hard because of covid but if your going to treat people like that you should just stay home. Practically threw our change back at us and asked us 10 questions about toilet paper treating us like we were toilet paper bandits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was absolutely astounded when this Shoppers location refused to fill a prescription for my 89 yr old mom who had tested positive for COVID. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with a virtual doctor who immediately prescribed the recently approved drug, Paxlovid. Both the doctor & the online pharmacist told me to get the drugs into her as quickly as possible as she has a number of other serious medical conditions and the meds would help hinder the progression of covid. Shoppers was contacted (as my mom's own pharmacy was not open) but refused to fill the prescription stating that she was not a patient of theirs. Forget about the fact that it was a Sunday evening, now we would have to wait one more day to get the meds. First our government completely failed our elderly community, and now we have to worry about our very own pharmacies doing the same. Thankfully, the next morning, the Walmart pharmacy came through for my mom without hesitation, not even considering that she was not their patient. I write this review with 2 goals. One, to send a strong message to the owners of Shoppers - SHAME ON YOU!! And secondly, to warn anyone who might find themselves in the same situation seeking immediate medical assistance to look elsewhere.
