It was great for me to be able to shop from a distance during this unusual time and she made the process easy with her friendly manner and helpful suggestions. I use their pharmacy a lot for my aging mother whom is seldom with me when I pick up her prescriptions. The day she did come in with me they asked to meet her. Where do you get personal service like that these days? Thank you Nicole, in the pharmacy!

A	Angela Kincaid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service in Cosmetics. There were 2 girls working one named Tiandra which was absolutely unfriendly and unhelpful. The other that was working with her evening of May 1st was also not helpful as I asked her if she had a product and instead of looking she said “nope”. I found the product myself it was just different packaging. No worries I won’t shop in cosmetics there again. Instead went over to shoppers Prairie mall immediately after and spent $300+ and had the best service ever from a great beauty expert named Yukari! Thanks Prairie Mall Shoppers I will only shop with you going forward✔️. Also Wapiti Shoppers is very dirty and unkept.

Mail is not being delivered to my home address as it always has in the past, with absolutely no explanation, resulting in missed utility bills and vital prescriptions. I have not received a notice of any sort for packages from Canada post the only notices i get are from the sender ..yet intelcom seems to know how to deliver just fine, leaving me confused and frustrated as to why Canada post is failing so horribly.. I've created a "Mailbox procedure" and posted it to the mailbox, incase the new mail box is too complex to figure out.

I usually check my receipt but that day I was rushing coz I need to attend the wedding I forgot to check it. The only reason I bought it because it was on sale but it looks like they just want to sell their products and do a false advertisement! They ripped me off. I will never give my business again ever!

I went to pick it up the day after it was suppose to be ready n the girl said that they didn't have it in the system that it was suppose to be refilled. My husband was right there beside me when I called it in and confirmed it. So I was shocked to hear this. She was nice to fill it for me but after half hour when I went to get it like I was told they still hadn't filled it. I'm not sure what is going on but they are starting to go down hill at this location. And it's the best well was the best in town in my opinion.
