★ ★ ★ ★ ★ juste dénoncer le manque de politesse de celle qui travaille à shop santé du boul bourque, pas de bonjour et ni de merci et pas de sacs pour mettre mes achats, ce qui fait que j'ai échappé des choses en sortant, je suis une cliente régulière de shop santé mais avec un service comme ça je pense aller ailleurs.
just denounce the lack of politeness of the one who works at health shop on boul bourque, no hello and no thank you and no bags to put my purchases, which means that I dropped things when I left, I am a customer regular health shop but with a service like that I think I'll go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commande en ligne....plus dun mois plus tard je ne peux pas connaître l'état de ma commande à rammasser en magasin...même en y allant en magasin, en appelant, et en écrivant à la compagnie. Je ne sens pas que j'ai un très bon service si on s'en tien aux faits.
si je pouvais , je mettrais AUCUNE étoile pour ma commande de 100$ Je n'ai pas mes produits!
Ordering Online .... over a month later I cannot find out the status of my order to pick up in store ... even going to the store, calling, and writing to the company. I don't feel like I'm getting very good service by sticking to the facts.
if I could, I would put NO stars for my $ 100 order. I don't have my products!

C'était ma première fois dans cette succursale et j'ai été servit par un(e) employé(e) qui avait l'air à connaître tout ça mais malheureusement était un peu bête....Même après lui avoir dit que je ne m'y connaissait pas, après lui avoir posé plusieurs questions, que des réponses vagues... je me suis sentit comme si je devais connaitre ces choses là et je me suis sentit pressé de magasiner. Je n'ai pas vraiment aimé mon expérience. Je croit que dans un magasin comme celui ci, l'employé devrait être bon pour guider les clients et les emmener à faire un bon choix... malheureusement en allant là j'avais au moin 3 produits que je voulais acheter, du pré workout, de la créatine et de la protéine, les réponses étaient tellement rapides et vagues que je ne suis repartit qu'avec un des produits
I'm new to workout supplements and needed a recommendation. It was my first time in this branch and I was served by an employee who seemed to know all about it but unfortunately was a bit stupid....Even after telling him that I didn't know me, after asking him several questions, only vague answers... I felt like I had to know these things and I felt in a hurry to shop. I didn't really like my experience. I believe that in a store like this, the employee should be good at guiding customers and taking them to make a good choice... unfortunately by going there I had at least 3 products that I wanted to buy, pre workout , creatine and protein, the answers were so quick and vague that I only left with one of the products
