Horrible Service!!

Horrible company. The spineless little goof has no idea what he's talking about.

From beginning to end my experience with ShoeBox Photography for our Engagement and Wedding photos was incredible! From the beginning Melinda put us at ease - she is very friendly,calm and accomodating and obviously knows what she's doing. The photographs from our wedding our breathtaking and the service we received was first class. Melinda even flew back to Vancouver from Punta Cana to photograph our wedding! Melinda and her partner for our wedding, Justine both have an artistic and natural style of photography that perfectly complemented the vision we had of our day. I couldn't image a more perfect documentation of our wedding. As soon as we saw the photographs Dylan and I both felt transported back to our day and the photos brought up all of the wonderful thoughts and feelings that we had on the day. Through the photos we get to relive our wedding over and over. We were surprised at how many photos there were because during our wedding we didn't even notice how many photographs were being taken. Melinda and Justine both have an incredible talent of capturing all of the special moments with a subtle presence...they captured the moments before anyone even noticed which resulted in photos that are extremely natural and beautiful. The service was also impeccable...within one month of the wedding we received a link to access ALL of our wedding photos (and there are hundreds!) ShoeBox provided a link so that we could download all of the photos at no additional cost. Also the day after our Engagement session and the day after our Wedding Melinda provided us with 2 sneak peak photos of our day. Two weeks after the wedding we had about 30 photos that were our 'wedding highlights'. The service was extremely fast and the photos are all stunning. Our biggest problem is figuring out which ones we want to print and put into an album! Many of our guests noticed their professionalism at our wedding and everyone has commented on how talented they are and how stunning our photos are. We posted some to Pinterest and we now have over 500 people following our board - probably because of the stunning job ShoeBox did with the photos!! I can't recommend ShoeBox highly enough. They have given us the everlasting gift of stunning images of our special day.

I cannot recommend ShoeBox Photography enough! Mel was incredible to work with! She helped put everybody at ease and made the entire process of taking pictures at our wedding such a dream, I mean the proof of this is in the pictures! She also really appreciates breakfast foods and anybody who appreciates breakfast is a 10/10 human that you should want to work with!
