But if you plan to order for a specific time and you are in a rush between 5-8pm they for the life of there business can never make there quoted time. Always 20-30 minutes late and because of the horrible quoted times you have massive line ups vs customers picking up the food and leaving quickly. You have been opened for a while now and should know your ticket times. Fix your issues by now. Editing…..ordered many times and recently has been much better the girl on the phone quoted a time and the order was ready for it. Food has always been good.

I continue to eat here, the food is amazing but I'm more careful ordering now. Would be 5 stars if they had any sympathy at all about the confusion.

So happy to have a location so close to home! We ordered the Favourite combo A, Spicy Maple Ridge Roll, Crispy Crunch Roll &, The Crazy Salmon Roll! All soooo good!!

Although they are so busy all the time it can be a wait.. but if you know that be sure to order earlier. They are extremely friendly and I've never walked into a sushi place where they know my name, and say hi Devon, bye Devon ! So I love that about them. Not to mention their food is sooooo good. I recommend the caterpillar roll and the Philadelphia roll.. as those are my favorites.. but knowing them, anything they have is delicious.

Every single time I come here they say ready at [whatever time] and when I go to pick it up I have to wait 15+ minutes. Tried ordering online for a pickup at 6pm. Put in the order at 4:30 and when I finally got my food it was 6:20. Great sushi but not worth waiting way past when it should be ready. Should change the name to Shinobi Eventually.

Freshest sushi I’ve found in ridge and just as good as at their original location. Except for the fact that this location does take out only, hence the title. Yes, I’ve had to wait a bit for my order however, it’s 100% worth the wait. They are a busy restaurant for a reason!
