★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, friendly staff. I made an appointment to remove amalgam fillings that were bothering me. I live 3.5 hours away so they booked me for extra time and got the procedure done in one trip. It was surprisingly painless for me and honestly the best dental experience ive had requiring drilling in teeth. Professional and informative in explaining options and operations . Seeing the 3d molding technology at work to create a mold was also interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to Shine dental on provencher for years. Highly recommend dental hygienist Aleena, she’s really kind and gentle for those with dental anxiety. They work with your budget and don’t pressure you to spend money you don’t have, which is really respectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only have a couple of beefs with this place. The exam and x-rays are not covered. I don't have to pay for this with other dentists.
Also, I have to pay a little extra out of pocket because the fees are a bit higher than what's covered.
However...
I trust them to do the work that's needed. No unnecessary work done here.
You pay a little more out of pocket, but it's worth it for honour and integrity.
Too many dentists are unethical. Shine Dental seems to be on the up and up. Costs more but it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Shine Dental today and had three fillings done. My experience was awesome . As someone who is very afraid of needles my freezing went very well and she was very nice and professional. The people there were very kind and I look forward to keeping shine dental as my future dentist. I highly recommend them and will be to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being terrified of the dentist, everyone at Shine dental was accommodating and understanding of my fear. They treated me with the upmost respect and while in the dentist chair, they consistently ensured that I was comfortable and cared for. Not only will I go back to shine dental and see Dr. Maria, my fear of the dentist has basically vanished. A big thank you to everyone at shine dental!

Today I had a new hygienist, Rachel. Inadvertently I was late and she accommodated me anyway which I really appreciated. She was a pleasure to get to know & quite good & professional in her work. She is an asset.
Great staffing choice.
