★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to SW to try out one of their gray paints - I think you get what you pay for - not disappointed. The staff are very courteous and friendly; did not feel belittled as in a big box store. Will keep coming back.

I come in Monday November 23rd 2020 and didn't have the paint name or numbers from a previous job and the staff work diligently cross-referencing and looking through old transactions until they found it thank you Sherwin-Williams excellent staff and excellent products

The gentleman working there was incredibly patient and waited for us to make a decision and then mixed our paint about 20 mins after closing. He was knowledgeable about the pain and helped steer us to the proper paint for each application. Awesome service. Amazing products.

Selection was good, staff was very friendly and helped me with everything I needed, including bringing things to my vehicle. The return process for things I needed exchanging was seamless and surprising. Highly recommended. Now we'll see if $360 worth of paint will hold up to vancouver weather!
