Sorry if I tried to call you and leaving you a message many times because I need to confirm if we can use the hall on February 16. At first, when I ask you about that, you said "YES ITS AVAILABLE " and I told you I will give you a call the next day because I need to tell to my group and you said it's ok. I phoned you the next morning and you said, give you a call after 6pm because ur at work, and I said no problem. Tried to call you couple times that night after 6pm you did not answer the phone that's why I ask my daughter to follow up because I need to go to work too. My daughter told me that I have to call around noontime because ur at work and I did. And last night my daughter show me ur response to her message to you that don't call or message you because your busy working. I totally understand if you are busy, because me too, I am working too. It's just frustrating that, I didn't realize to confirm a booking to Sherbrooke hall is too hard, and if there is another number that we can call to ask, I'm not going to bother you. Thank you for your time.”
To the concern people of Sherbrooke hall, this is the copy of my message to Patty. My experience booking to your hall is really frustrating and I’m so disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan of barbwire fences around ice but looks like a nice rink and well maintained ice. I can hear alot of people using it at night. I'm from a town where the rinks are open all the time so pretty disappointed to find I couldnt skate laps this morning I guess ill see when the frozen water is open to use and go then

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hall was rented for a fundraiser - it was deathly hot inside, the freezer broke and was super stinky, there is very limited parking, and the Mic ran out of batteries just as a performer went on stage and the representative told the organized that they need to go get batteries. I would not recommend renting this Hall

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the best outdoor ice in the city. They have a zamboni and a good rink manger who does a great job and cares about the community. Always get a good game of shinny going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome. Always the freshest sheet of ice at the community league maintained to the T. They always seem to be open and the amazing volunteers are always there even in the worst weather, so thank you for sticking through it and being there for all to enjoy.
