★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never seen a ttc worker so kind and willing to help. Most of the ttc workers are very unenthusiastic and rude; they barely answer you. This gentleman asked me if he could help first, noticing that I was coming towards him. He was so kind and friendly. I was in a rush so I couldn't ask his name, but he was pale skinned and was working around 6:00pm on 25th of October.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to many other stations, this is one of the best. Wide subway platform that is fully indoors (very hot in summer). Interesting and beautiful design, open and easily found public washrooms, kiss'n'ride enclosed pick up area. Digital bus waiting sign, large enclosed, beautiful and bright bus waiting area. Several payphones, convenience store. More walking than most subways however. Clean and spacious. Unfortunately, confusingly renamed 'sheppard west' station (formerly downsview, which a new station has now been named ) which im sure is hell for new comers and tourists... Even locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is formerly the terminal stop of TTC's Line 1. Now with the new extension, is kinda stuck in the middle. Don't let that fool you, though. You can tell the station's age by counting phone booths.
