Everyone else that has helped me there has been great. I actually had to ask her if she was new (maybe she's still learning how to provide customer service?) No manners at all! Learn how to talk to customers, my dear!

S	SteelioNow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whoever was on shift this morning at 4:25am, willfully ignored me. I could see him in the store walking around, wouldn't make eye contact or acknowledge me. I rang the buzzer 5ish times, I thought it might be broken, so I even knocked on the window. It wasn't until I left out of embarrassment that he tried to chase me down. I heard a "Sir, sir" as I was climbing back into my vehicle. Went down to 7-11 and they were happy to help.
T	Troy Peverley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an Ultimate wash on Dec 15. I noticed the car was still dirty when I got home. Returned the next day to tell them my car was not clean and was told that because I had left the station there was nothing they would do.
R	Ryan McLaren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the self serve car wash and there was grease all over the hose which ended up on my van and on my hands and clothes. I told the person in the store about it and he said “it’s a truck wash”. No apologies or suggestion of a refund. No customer service skills what so ever. I left with my van way dirtier than when I arrived there. If your not a dump truck don’t use this “ truck wash”
S	Spencer Marsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a car wash with my gas purchase, and waited in a small line of cars for my turn. The car in the wash in front of me sat in there waiting for the wash to start. After about 15 minutes the attendant got it to work and the car proceeded and finished the wash. My turn, same thing, wash started and abruptly stopped. After honking and trying to get the attention of the attendant I had to call the gas station to get assistance. He restarted it and left. However same thing again, I had to call again. This time the attendant told he would try it again and that if it doesn’t work he would ask me to leave. Waited in there for another 10 minutes while I could see him taking out trash not even paying attention to the broken car wash while we are stuck in there with both doors closed and kids in the vehicle. Again I had to call, and he asked me to leave the car wash with soap still on the vehicle. Gave me a refund and that was it. Purchased my car was at 2:04 pm finally got out at 3:35 pm. Insane. No compensation for my wasted afternoon. Never coming back and would not recommend.
K	Kirk Dewhurst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was good and I was able to gas ⛽️ up in a reasonable amount of time. Access was good. I paid at the pump so no opinion on the store. It was in and out to get gas and everything went well.
