Upon arriving at our selected seats the we purchased well in advance there was an issue with other people occupying the seats. We double checked our tickets to make sure that these seats were the seats on our tickets. We asked to see the tickets of the people sitting in the seats, they refused. We then visited the ticket booth to see if there was a mistake with double booking or if they could ask security to just go ask to see the tickets of the people sitting in the seats but the organizers at the booth said that they can't do any of that. We then asked if we could just have a refund and we would just be happy with that. They refused to give a refund and directed us to a website to refund through the website and said it would take 14 business days to issue a refund through the website. Never seen anything more chaotic then this. Really not helpful at all and saying they literally can't do anything.

I saw lamb of God, Behemoth and Slayer there in the summer of 2017 and it was one of the best concerts I've ever been to. I've also been there for a few football games and for a few outdoor events like the terrible "beer, bands, bacon" event. The only event I enjoyed was that one concert and that's because I didn't have to sit down. The seats are uncomfortable to the point where sitting on them for an hour will hurt your legs for days. I'm not a big guy, and even I find the seats narrow. The prices for everything are hilarious. I had to pay $6 for a bottle of water. Outrageous. Also good luck avoiding the sun while there because the on a hot day there is no shade anywhere. The most recent event at shell place, as of this writing, was beer, bands, bacon. You were confined to a small area, the music sucked, the drinks were non existent and the undercooked non bacon themed food made most of my party sick. Save your money and watch sports at home.

Went to the office and security asking them to see the other peoples tickets but they refused. Asked for a refund and was directed to a webpage that mentioned it'll take over 21 days to confirm and issue a refund. Talked to multiple people that have went to this venue and they also mentioned double booking for their seats. Be careful when booking for events at this venue.

A	Alan Duffy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sports venue. Great place for friends and family to enjoy sporting events, concerts, Beer/Bacon & bands, Monster Trucks, etc.. The seats a little small, but besides that, no complaints. It is a very nice place. Very well constructed. Has concessions and everything you need to enjoy whatever event you are attending. I really hope they do another Beer, Bacon & Bands event. It was awesome. Got to try alot of different beers and food, while watching and listening to live music. Great job putting off that event.
