★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this new Shell gas station and convenience store this morning on the way to work to pick up some lotto tickets. This location advertised that it is open twenty four hours a day. The front door was locked at 4:30 am and had a sign posted to go to the side window for service. I had to ring the intercom button four times before he came to the window. All that time I could see him in the store. When I asked to buy a $24 super pack bundle of lottery tickets he informed me that he could not sell lottery tickets until 5 am. Is there some kind of super secret lottery rules that doesn’t allow ticket sales till 5 am? So much for this business operation being up and running twenty four hours a day!
