★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and rude service. I paid for a car wash but it was not working. I was talking to the rude hostile attendant who basically told me to shut up! She refused to refund me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its 3 times I go to get a car wash card... 3 times I am told "come back I don't know how to do that" No one was able to even call and ask the manager for help, something not complicated. STAY AWAY... USELESS STATION!!!

We visited at the shell to get a car wash today at 2:17 pm. We visited there for the first time. We were not familiar with the system in which it works. When we entered it didn't work. No one was present there for help. When asked for help in the counter, the person started shouting at me very rudely and didn't even give me chance to give my point. He opened the gate but didn't even came out so we could talk to him. When we left he came out. Worst service and very rude staff.
