★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional attendant. "Back in 5 minutes' sign left on door while he was inside standing around. Said he forgot to take it off. Asked $3 for a bottle of Vitamin Water (shouldn't cost $2). Didn't ring it up. No receipt offered. Needs proper training or should be fired. Sets a bad example!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant give anything lower, this place has gone so downhill , the laundry matt is horrible, dirty/messy, half the machines are out of order, could NOT access restroom as the key was locked in IT (how do u not have a spare or master for such occassions) i will say ive never had an issue with the staff though they seem friendly enough :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filthy laundromat with dirty, broken machines and folding counters and only one seat out of four either not too dirty or broken to sit on. What a hole! Staff member in gas station reeked of alcohol and a kindly older gentleman warned me not to leave clothes unattended as one lady has recently been robbed of 3 loads of washing. Obviously owners don't care about customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked to use the washroom while my brother was going to pump the gas. She said it was for customers only, I said, "yes, we are buying gas," and pointed to our truck sitting at the pump. She straight up told me I was LYING. Confused, I said, "Im not lying? I just got out of that red truck, we stopped to get gas." She again said that I was lying and needed to tell the truth. How bad would it actually be to let a non customer use the washroom anyway. Apparently bad enough that you would call a paying customer a liar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signs saying "out of service" were written on nearly half the machines there, and the one machine I did use ended up leaving my clothes soaking wet after the wash. It's kind of a shame because it's right around the corner from my place and I wasn't expecting a laundromat to be so terrible. You can tell, the owners of this place just don't care. Why would they? It's a gas station after all. If I were you, I would only use this place if you are really desperate and don't want to leave Comox. I think I will have to start going to Courtenay for laundry. Don't waste your time and money with this place if you can...They will probably reply with some generic post offering to send them more feedback. They are absolutely useless.
