J'ai vécu une situation très similaire aux autres personnes qui ont évalué le garage. Le propriétaire et garagiste Richard Houle ne comprend pas la différence entre vérifier et faire le travail. J'ai demandé de vérifier mes bougies et mon huile. Sans m'appeller ou me donner aucune somission, il a changer l'huile et les bougies et m'a charger le double qu'au dealer. 670+tx$ pour changer des bougies et mon huile sur une mercedes class C 2007. J'ai refusé de payer étant donné que le travail a été fait sans me demander la permission et bien sur, sans me dire le prix. Il a ma ensuite menacé de d'arracher les pièces de mon véhicule et mettre ca sur un towing a mes frais. Le propriétaire m'a insulté, ma traiter de BS, m'a donné le doigt d'honneur... Je suis une femme!! Dure a croire qu'une entreprise comme celle de Richard Houle existe toujours au Québec. Heureusement, j'ai appellé OPC et ils m'ont aider à me dédommager. Tu prends la peine d'appeler pour une réservation de changement de pneus, la téléphoniste te dit un prix et au moment où tu apporte ta voiture, il décide de changer les prix en te disant que c'est lui le boss et qui fait les prix, pas la téléphoniste. Un vrai bozo de première classe. Owner without manners. Les prix du nouveau propriétaire sont peu élevés comparativement a d'autres garage de la région. Il a rénové le garage,car cest rendu propre et le personnel est plus que courtois... Ça sera maintenant mon garage :) rien a voir avec avant. Since the new administration this garage offers a service of a very high quality. The new owner's prices are low compared to other garage in the area. He renovated the garage because it is made clean and the staff is more than courteous ... It will be my garage now :) nothing to do with before.

J'ai fait affaire avec le nouveau propriétaire pour faire réparer mon auto et je suis très satisfaite. Je me suis sentie en confiance. Ils sont honnête, courtois font bon travail sans surcharger. Je le conseille sans problème. En plus excellent service aux pompes. Aucune mauvaise expérience et bonne ambiance. The garage has a NEW ADMINISTRATION. Nothing to do with the stories mentioned below. I have done business with the new owner to repair my car and I am very satisfied. I felt confident. They are honest, courteous do a good job without overloading. I recommend it without problem.
