★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my review. Was upset at activating a chip-credit card received by mail. In store, should specifically say visa, first time, so a temp-PIN-prompt appears; or 1 I changed it to, takes effect. I love not signing for tiny transactions, but first-time uses, I will guide.
