★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumière ouverte à 23h05 donc nous arrêtons à la station-service pour gazer seulement et après être sortie et avoir mis la carte dans la machine pour la transaction, tous les lumières ferment et l'employé nous regarde. Aucune avertissement avant ou quoi que ce soit...
Esso et Shell un a côté de l'autre = expérience similaire la même soirée.
Si seulement il y aurait une enseigne ou bien un avertissement de l'employé, caisse, etc..
Il y aurait eu compréhension mais bon.. commentaire pour améliorer service et/ou communication.
Light open at 23:05 so we stop at the gas station to gas only and after going out and putting the card in the machine for the transaction, all the lights close and the employee looks at us. No warning before or anything ...
Esso and Shell one next to the other = similar experience the same evening.
If only there would be a sign or a warning from the employee, cashier, etc.
There would have been understanding but good .. comment to improve service and / or communication.
