★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place truly floored me, bathrooms were pristine and well decorated, the store was very clean and the variety in the store was amazing. Stop in there as we had an emergency trip to the vet while staying in Plamondon.....I will talk of this station for sure. Great service 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was moral harassed by the owner while doing an evaluation at this location. The owner is abusive and I honestly was afraid for my life during my interaction with him. He clearly has anger issues and whenever I think about Shell I think about the traumatic situation I've been through. I did report him to Corporate Shell and I hope they do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at Lac La Biche very late and it was the only restaurant open at Shell. Hotel staff recommended it. We got a cheese and a BBQ chicken pizza. For the price I didn't feel it was fantastic or very big. But it was okay. I would eat here again if it was late but I wouldn't get excited about it.
