★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there in the middle of the day today. I've had a couple bad experiences at this shell but it was on the same side of the road as me so I thought for ease of travel for me I would go there. WELL. I went to pay at the pump which didn't work, I tried again and it still said to see the station attendant. I got masked up and went inside. Waited in line, and when I got to the front I told the lady that the pump wasn't working. She then told me they were updating their system and they could only take cash. She looked at me and spoke to me like I should have know this... I looked for signs on the way out thinking I had missed them. But not a single sign. So all that time wasted.
They also have a ton of fake 5 star reviews... When was the last time you remembered your gas station attendants name? And almost all of the 5 star reviews have the attendants name in them?? Fishy.....
They also lock their doors after 9pm and you have to awkwardly yell at them through a tiny window to ask for anything- and they usually can't even find what you're asking for... It's way easier to just drive across the street to the Petro Canada to be able to go inside the building to choose whatever I want. Petro also charges less for the same items so...

According to them; if temperature is cold around-10 he closes the car wash and this policy the staff present as the policy of Shell not his…Hell NO…other places of Shell near to this place are open (Beaumont/ 91 st or near 17 street). He thinks he is smart and playing tricks, we have monthly pass we don’t want to loss our hardworking dollars to his isolated policies..change your business policies, we are going to make a official complaint to Shell Headoffice with photographs and proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow staff. 2 tills 2 people that work there yet only 1 helping customers. They must get a bonus having these guys trying to sell spray stuff for windshields. These guys literally are quite rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What happened with the service in this gas station ,change completely , bad service in the store and the carwash is close most of the time , 1:pm weekday and carwash is close , the lady inside said : because is snowing "so we decide to close because nobody will coming" ..really??
