M	Maurice Leonard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not going there anymore. We gas 3 commercial vehicles and pumps here are either not working, no receipts coming out, card system not working, etc. Not mentionning cash purchases not rung in register...
L	Lux Erus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a few beer cans and I discovered an extra one had been charged on the receipt when I got home. I do not live close enough to bother going back and complaining.

Not only is their packaged lunches and snacks fresh and delicious but early in the morning their baked goods are still warm and they are so good. I can't get over how handy it's been to stop at like 6 am on the way to work and grab a pre prepared salad or wrap that's healthy and tastes good, from a gas station! The staff is always super lovely any time of day and whenever I might falter with my French they quickly switch to English to help me. I highly suggest stopping hete for your gas, an excellent selection of microbrewed quebec beer, a warm oatmeal/date muffin or anything else you might need!

Maryse (the store manager apparently) insinuated that it was my problem and that I could not get my money back. While she made sandwiches she could not even give me the time of day as a customer. It’s a little frustrating when they have everything in French and expect a english speaker to understand what the signs say. All I wanted was my $11 back but apparently she could not do that for me. It is just the principal. Someone like that should not be able to treat customers the way that she does. And SHELL if you’re reading this can I please get a refund.
J	Jenn Melanson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed in the car wash. I went here specifically because I was told the Super Wash went around the car twice with soap. It only went around once. Silly me I did not get out of my car after the wash, but when I arrived home I feel that it did not do the job other people have been raving about. I think I'll stay with my free Petro washes as I am a member of their points program and not AirMiles.

F	France Roussel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had issue with one of the pump, endup not putting gas. Payment was taken, clerk and owner checked the video camera, clearly saw that gas was not put in, owner refused to refund. Will never go there again. Too bad we can't give negative star ratings.
