★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff, but asked for a half-head of highlights and left with 10 highlights only on my roots, stripey and some were white and broke off later on. Looked like I had done it myself with a box from the grocery store and I was charged $100 for this. I don't think highlights have been going to the root since Kelly Clarkson in the early 2000s. Salon needs to update their techniques.
