Short hike to the falls from the end of Filmore Road. There was not much water going over the "falls". Nonetheless, it was a clearly marked trail with a few hills. Ok for young children but not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.

Beautiful in the fall. Not a lot of water though. And the trail is not easily identifiable. Not stroller friendly.

Visited this place today, July 29th. Hard to find since there is so less water as seen in my photo. To help you find this place If you are hiking from the Tiffany Falls Conservation area parking lot...once you reached the area of Shaver Falls, you will see a small brook (or running water) and a wooden bridge, follow the source of the running water until you see signs of Private Property, it will be in that direction of the sign. Area where the falls is is quiet, shaded too. #falls#hamilton#ontario#shaverfalls

I went on a rainy day a few days ago and it was absolutely beautiful. A bit of a hike - it'll give you a good workout! The trail is very rocky. Downhill on the way down, uphill on the way up. They have stairs where they're needed most work many sisterly to explore. It was my first time today but I'll definitely be back to check them out. The waterfall was stunning, there was a good flow because of the weather. Not much for parking but at least there are some options and it seems as though it's ok to park on the side of the road.

It was alright, you can't access the actual falls and don't see them unless you go up what you think is a trail until you see private property signs, but I was a nice little trail

Totally worth the trip from Toronto. There are 5 falls that one can see in the hike. Take appropriate shoes, specially if it has rained recently as it will be muddy and slippery. Smaller trails are good for bikes, but most are moderate to sometimes hard trails. No toilets/portapotty so be ready to duck in a bush. No places to buy food/water so come prepared.

So beautiful, quiet and serene. Such a great place to get away from the city, within the city! I really hope this place remains as beautiful and untouched as it is now. Hopefully people don't ruin this stunning falls, like they ruin almost every other waterfall experience in Hamilton by doing risky things that cost lives.
