★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always wanted to try Pilates and was always nervous to try it out thinking a beginner like myself would have a difficult time learning the positions. The minute I stepped into Sharon's studio I liked the vibe I was getting and felt comfortable almost immediately. Sharon has a teaching style that is both very educational, informative and extremely fun; I love her sense of humor.
Also, the classes have a mixed experience level which I like.
I love coming to class each week which for me to love an exercise class is unheard of. Thank you Sharon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place and amazing people! My first meeting was with Sharon, she has such a fun personality and right away I felt at "home" in the space and talking with her. Michelle is so kind and funny, and makes a room feel light and happy. Both are such great instructors and make class fun yet challenging . I've learned so much in just a few weeks and feel like pilates is something I can incorporate into my daily life!
