I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone looking to buy or sell! She represented us on the purchase of a very competitive foreclosure home. She is realistic, intelligent, and very knowledgeable.

Our experience dealing with Sharon Josey was absolutely terrible. As the buyers in the situation we never dealt with her directly and yet her impact on our purchase was consistent and negative. Initially, she had her clients sign a contract that she admittedly did not read only to realize it contained a clause her clients weren't aware of or happy about. After working through this issue she then made a mistake in the agreed upon purchase price on the next contract. After agreeing on a closing and possession date she then sent over a contract with the information incorrect once again. Finally, on the day in which subjects were to be removed we had signed the contract 5 hours prior to the deadline and received no response. After contacting her to see why we had not yet received a signed contract she stated that she thought the deadline was the following day, suggested we attempt to break established contract law, and then said that she would not be able to get back to her office in time because of prior commitments. We explained that she didn't need to go to the office she could simply use modern technology, or conversely allow our agent to send it directly to her clients given this was nothing more than a removal of subjects, but she didn't understand the technology or appreciate the offer. The result of her actions, were it not for us signing an unconditional waiver in order to side-step her involvement, would be an invalid contract and two unhappy parties. EDIT in response: condolences for your loss, we had no way of knowing this information. While we have sympathy for your position, your personal life should not impact our transaction. A verbal agreement that's then changed without notice is not evidence of a skilled negotiator but rather someone who negotiates in bad faith. The inspector is irrelevant to my post and perhaps you've never been through this before but when people are moving provinces they typically don't know the inspectors in the new city. Finally, the lawsuit you're thinking of is called libel (slander is spoken), and you can advise your lawyer that my defence will be 'truth'.

I think you are dedicated to your clients, realistic about the market and able to represent folks in the sale or purchase of their home.
