Sharon made me feel really comfortable and advised the only thing required from me was to be as relaxed as was possible for me. When the session began I instantly felt my stress decrease and drifted of into what I would describe a deep meditative like sleep. After the session I felt a lightness I haven’t experienced for a long time. I would highly recommend Sharon and look forward to seeing her again.
