My parents lived in their home for 23 years, and this would be their second purchasing experience. We knew that Sharna was the realtor to assist our parents from the initial consultation. Her smile and warmth were next to none. My parents told her they would like us to be a part of the journey, and Sharna included my sister and I. She gave my parents sound advice that allowed them to maximize the amount they received for their home, which closed in less than a month. Now the buying experience! She was easy to talk to and she made sure she understood the assignment in every detail. From what I was looking for, the reasons for my choices and the budget. All the properties shown in my collaboration center fit the profile and the more I hit like and dislike she tightened the net to suit my unique needs. I felt like God placed her in my path even though I was in a separate province and 2 hours ahead she made me feel like I was right there with her. Always saying Julian don't worry about me I am making sure you get what you need. Would I do this again? absolutely?
