★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use the ShareSmart app almost everyday in my work place and I cannot think of a safer way to share patient information while maintaining the efficiency. I would recommend this app to be the gold standard for communicating in any professional setting to protect patient information.
The app does have glitches every once in a while, but are usually addressed with updates or just inquiries to the app creators. It is really simple to message ShareSmart about bugs (you just shake the screen) and they respond relatively quickly. The responses are always friendly and helpful. I like that the app is constantly improving, and cannot wait to see what they have in store for the future. I have been a user since the very beginning and have been more than impressed with the company's ability to handle growth.
