Sharaf not only got it sold but he did in only a weeks time and WAY over the asking which was way over what we expected. We highly highly recommend Sharaf and his team. Sharaf reached out and asked to meet with us to propose working with him and his partner for the sale. We are pleased we did decide to work with Sharaf, he is professional, communicative, and upfront about all aspects of selling a home. We took all of his recommendations to clear out clutter and minimize furniture for the photos and the open house. In the end, we sold for the price we wanted and within our timeline. It is also impressive that how well he dealt with tenant ( the tenant is living in the property). If I need to buy or sell another property, definitely I would choose him again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an apt for about a year and half. When I met Sharaf, he promised that he would get me an apt within a month. I didn't believe him ,but decided to try anyway. After I told him my requirements, he acted really fast and contacted a few listing agents right away. The 2nd day, we made an offer, and it was accepted! So it only took 2 days, he got me an apt. It's a miracle!
