I’ve seen 11 different counsellors over the past 13 years and Cristina is by far the best counsellor I’ve ever had. She has helped me learn to manage my anxiety and other health issues that I deal with, she is super supportive, uplifting, keeps it real, very open minded and has a deep care for the people she works with. I’m lucky to have found this fit and that I’ve gotten funding through resources they suggested. I’m very at peace in my life and a big support I’ve had these last 5 years has been this counselling, it’s grounded me through rough times and has brought me insight where I might’ve not realized I needed it, it has always been a place where I have felt safe to say anything without being judged. I’m really grateful.
