After buying the car when I noticed a small issue, they fixed it immediately W/O cost. Excellent services from the mechanic. Surely recommend buying from Shak's & their another auto body shop (Kobe's). Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Chrysler 200 with the promise will buy back when leave for Thailand. Was confirmed many times and was promised many times. When came to prepare for setting up Buy Back for Sept. 04, 2021 Shak's refused to buy back due to bought too many vehicles and can't afford. I bought a Heavy Duty battery, $280, and took to Chrysler dealer and car in very good condition. I was told to sell on Facebook, E-Bay, etc and told I don't have the time. Did not put in writing as I trusted the verbal agreement as 'golden'. Some day I will learn not to trust anyone. Very poor business ethics. Complained to Car Guru, B.B.B., Auto Traders. In a nut shell vehicle very good condition and Company ethics very poor that's why I give only 2 Stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my 2015 Dodge Journey from Zena at Shaks Auto about 3 weeks ago. They put on new tires and a new battery. A week later I had an issue with the coolant line breaking. Shak sent his mechanic to me and replaced it for me. He had me come in a few days later to make sure everything was good. Then today, the check Engine Light came on, and the check gas cap light. I took it to Shak who put it on the computer, but said nothing was wrong. He changed the gas cap and checked all the fluids. So far the check Engine Light is off, but the check gas cap Light is still on. Hopefully that will sort itself out. Everyone at Shaks, from him, to Zena to his mechanics are great, and helped me out tremendously during a very rough time for me. Thank you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2009 red Mazda rebuilt from Shak's Autobody last April. Amazing service - very friendly and helpful. I also noticed a few small things with the car after buying it (like a missing hinge on one door), but they showed concern and fixed everything for free. The mechanic was also really great and gave me lots of tips/advice. Would definitely recommend buying from Shak's. Thanks again!
