★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kane and Craig came to assess my needs on the same day and did the job the very next morning. They were thorough and generous, doing extra cleanup not discussed, and have made great deal on removing garden and dump bound debris. They were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment scheduled to spray my roofto kill the moss. Took the day off work . We watched their truck stop in front of our house and leave. Didn't come to the door . No phone call. Called the owner. He tells me they needed a bigger ladder. Could've let us know. Thought maybe that wasn't them that stopped. Waited all day. Rescheduled the appointment. 4 months later the moss is still green on my roof. Complete waste of money and my my time. Should've of done it myself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love these guys at Shackmaster they always get it right! They just dug out cedar tree stumps a foot away from the house perimeter, right beside my GAS LINE and perimeter drain=yikes! Big mistake of former owners, Kane and Chris have an excellent company and pay attention to detail. Thanks guys I can sleep better now!
New review after 2021 spring garden and maintenance cleanup: The crew at Shackmaster work so hard getting it right for me, I love ♥ this company, they are busy but make sure you book with them you will be sure glad you did! They just took off all the moss off my rocks that grew into the garden and took over the soil even started growing on the siding of the house!!...great job they do for spring clean up raking and all the extra work. They do my gutters too never had a problem with their work and also my roof moss removal. Ask for Chris he is a perfectionist and gets it right, he will be happy to help, just give him your list!:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a roof treatment through Shackmaster from Island Daily Deals in November 2020. Upon reaching out to book an appointment they said they would do them in the spring when weather was better.
We reached out again in April and were told we were still on the list, with a job eventually scheduled by them for end of May 2021. The day of the job, no-one showed up. A follow up email said weather was a factor,
On July 24 I emailed again to ask, as we'd had no contact with them during a hot, dry stretch. They then booked an appointment for July 27.
Once on scene, they were in and out quickly and we're excited to see the treatment take effect soon. The service overall was good, but it was a slog getting the appointment booked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our roof de-mossed and treated by Shackmaster. They had two staff do the work. We have a two story house and they completed the job in about 4 hours. Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. They showed up on time and were very professional and careful . They did a thorough job and cleaned up all of the mess that came off the roof. We plan to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting excellent quality work at a fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The crew (mostly just one person) did an excellent job of hauling and spreading 6 yards of mulch in spite of a very wet yard and with intermittent downpours to contend with. Shack Master is very pleasant to deal with. They were on time on every occasion, and the invoice was entirely consistent with the estimate. Would definitely hire them again.
