A special thanks goes to Dan Schofield, who is a very strong member of their legal team. Dan was instrumental in securing an order I needed against a previous tenant with the LTB Tribunal. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have at my side. Dan will champion your cause as if it was his own, which sets Dan and the SFG Paralegal team apart from others. Our real estate lawyer is not very knowledgeable of the Residential Tenancies Act, but I know paralegals are well known for being experts in this area of law. A Facebook search led me to finds review of many people recommending SFG paralegal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few friends shared Samantha’s contact info and website with me as I was seeking legal advice after my lay-off/ severance package negotiation. I called her office and she immediately answered.
Most lawyers do not give any advice or share any information free of charge. Samantha asked a few questions over the phone and educated me on so many things just in less than 10 min. She is very knowledgeable but unlike so many others, she is extremely generous with her knowledge.
She explained a few key terminology re. Employment termination for me and demystified inaccessible legal terms for me. and helped me understand what rights I had unfortunately given up as an employees while signing the contract. Which all in all helped to be more realistic about my severance package.
And all of that without charging me a dime!
I highly recommend her services.
She is someone you can trust.

On Friday Feb 11th, I had an odd residential tenancy situation that I wanted professional perspective on and sent her a text.
