★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sets is just a good old fashioned gym with a great selection of training equipment. This place is great because you do not have to deal with all the BS pressure you get at Evolution and Anytime. If you know what you are doing this is the place to be

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are nice, however gym itself could use an upgrade.. Seems to be stuck in 1980 with the condition the equipment is in, only 3 treadmills and it's a battle to get one, no water fountain either. Other than that, good, cheap gym. -gus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small gym, worked out here in the 90's and nothing has changed, weights, machines everything. If you know what you're doing its a great gym but other than that its pretty out dated. Only 3 out of maybe 10 treadmills work, you never know if the stoppers on the clanky weights will fall off and tumble, employees usually bug people working out. Super hot in the summer. Cheap and close though.
