Le propriétaire (Gabriel) et son frère (Samuel) sont courtois, professionels, efficaces et ils connaissent très bien leurs emplois. Lors de notre demande afin de faire la connexion pour notre spa, le propriétaire a répondu rapidement à notre demande. Bien qu'il soit très occupé à ce temps ci de l'année, il a su nous trouver du temps pour venir faire la connexion. La journée d'après j'avais oublié de poser une question j'ai donc rappeler et le propriétaire a répondu à ma question avec plaisir. C'est très agréable de voir que l'on se soucie du service aux clients même après que l'installation a été faite. C'est certain que nous allons les rappeler! We used this company for the first time and I recommend it to everyone. The service is extraordinary and the prices are very competitive. The owner (Gabriel) and his brother (Samuel) are courteous, professional, efficient and they know their jobs very well. During our request to make the connection for our spa, the owner responded quickly to our request. Although he is very busy at this time of the year, he was able to find time for us to come and make the connection. The next day I forgot to ask a question so I called back and the owner answered my question with pleasure. It's great to see that you care about customer service even after the installation has been done. We will definitely call them back!

Ils étaient transparent au niveau des coûts, tout était bien expliqué, des prix raisonnables, et leur travail était fait de manière diligente et professionnelle. Nous habitons dans une maison en bois à Val-des-Monts, ce qui a rendu un peu plus compliqué l'installation de plusieurs nouvelles plinthes électriques. Mais la gang de Service Pro Éléctrique a bien travaillé, et a bien communiqué avec nous pour évaluer comment on souhaitait aller de l'avant. Ce sont des maîtres électriciens, mais avec une amabilité et belle attitude. Honnêtement, je les recommande très fortement. Vraiment une belle entreprise. What a great company and good service. I am so happy to have discovered the services of Gabriel and his team. They were cost transparent, everything was well explained, prices were reasonable, and their work was done diligently and professionally. We live in a wooden house in Val-des-Monts, which made the installation of several new electric baseboard heaters a little more complicated. But the Pro Electrical Service gang worked well, and communicated well with us to assess how we wanted to move forward. They are master electricians, but with a pleasant attitude and a good attitude. I honestly recommend them very highly. Truly a great company.
S	Seb & Peeps G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially was happy with the work completed, however after talking to my builder I was told that I was charged for more work, when all the these company had to do was to double a breaker rather than charging me an extra 750 plus taxes for unnecessary work. It is quite sad that I was taken advantage of and was charged over 1000$ for a work that according my builder of my house says there was enough space by doubling a breaker.
