★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost no line, but only one person available to take people so it took a while. But most locations have longer lines, and overall it didn't take any longer than a typical Service Ontario trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't find the staff to bad but they are only open 9-1. It's always busy and often a long line, particularly during Covid they need to be open more hours so lots of people aren't trying to get in at the same time.

Went to renew daughters health card I didn’t have enough ID she 16 I had her passport both birth certificates (small and long) student ID, report card. 16 year olds don’t have any other ID. Don’t waste your time go to Harrison so helpful and they just need birth certificate and passport which makes sense.

I provided everything I needed as I went online to see what I needed to renew a health card.
But nope wasn't good enough for them it's like there trying to make themselves feel good about being in control. Called service Ontario.
What I submitted was more than enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The younger lady was super friendly and incredibly helpful.
The older lady( Deb) was HORRIBLE. shes miserable and not helpful.
She gives us a hard time everytime we go. But the other ladies dont.
Think I'll start going to another town or city to avoid her ignorance and poor customer service attitude
