If it had a sign saying closed at 4:55 I would have turned around and left. Then when I walked in because someone walked out the lady said, oh! We are closed. I said I have been waiting outside for 5 minutes and your door was locked 5 minutes early. The lady sighed with attude. If the sign says closed at 5 they should not lock the door 5 min early or even 3 min early according to their clock.

Pretty much barked at me, ‘WHAT DO YOU NEED?’ Quite unpleasant experience. I think a customer communication class would benefit the employees here.
J	Jayala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location September 7 2021 and we decided to stop in this little town in hopes of changing our addresses on the way home from Quebec rather then deal with Toronto lines. We were being turned away by one female representative who still had 45 minutes left before closing. The gentlemen next to her Valtker (I hope I spelled it right) offered to help us as all we were doing was a quick address change (was not working online for us). His service was fantastic.. he was cheerful and happy to help us. He was done our 3 health-cards, 2 drivers licenses and 1 vehicle ownership in under 10 min. We left the location with another 15 min left in their day and one customer In line so why we were being turned away by the other female representative is still a puzzle to me but none the less we thank Valtker very much !!!
