I have visited on numerous occasions since moving here. I will say right up front that you won't be greeted with a song and dance, but if you treat them with the respect that they deserve, you'll be in and out in no time flat after you reach the counter. Quick, efficient, to-the-point service with no frills.
K	Ken Noronha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment on line for 2:45 pm. It is now 3;25 pm and I am still waiting to be served. In the meantime, 14 other people who did not have appointments have been served. People were slotted in before me, who came in later than I did, and DID NOT have appointments…this office does need to understand how appointments should work!!!

Attendant at the desk asks if we have an appointment, we don't, and am informed that we absolutely need an appointment and there's nothing available for today so we can't be helped. Come on, use your head. Wouldn't even try to fit us in even though there was nobody else waiting and staffers were sitting talking to eachother. What a joke. I get Covid protocols etc but if I can now sit in a restaurant or workout in a gym according to the same gov't that runs you why are you offices so restricted.

Sadie and Jackie were kind and caring and helped me through a confusing situation. They were so wonderful!! Thank you ladies!
