Everyone from the entrance to the service counter were very polite, helpful, adjusting and understand their customers situation. They try very hard and give 100% to make the work possible so their customer won’t need to face hassle in the future.
G	Guy Marcotte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrive at 4:15 on August 31, 2016. There were about 20 people in front of me and more coming in. The staff were moving quickly and seem to be having fun. At 4:45 one clerk came around and made sure we all had our paperwork in order so that things could move even quicker. There were still about 20 of us at 5:00 when the door was locked. The staff continued servicing every customer with a smile on their face. I have to say that along with many other customers in the room, I was left with a great impression of the team that operates this location. The employees seem to understand that they were there to help us all. Great service!!!

T	Tina Jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went into Kemptville to get OHIP cards for our little family of 3. I was returning to Canada, my husband a Permanent Resident and daughter first time card holder. A long process requiring a lot of work. We received help for Peter and he was a complete saint! Getting everything done super speedy because of his wide knowledge of each individual process. We also needed to get license plates for our new car and luckily enough received help from Peter again. He was a complete delight, funny and helpful. Kemptville is speedy even if there is a line, they keep it clean and they keep a positive attitude which is a rare thing to encounter in a Service center especially during a pandemic. (Also, they actually have nice smelling hand sanitizer)

Arrived at the place approximately 11:45 and was told that they are closed from 12 (noon) to 1 pm for lunch (there were still 4 people in the line waiting). I had no issues with that (after all we all need a lunch break...) and was handed a number for the afternoon shift beginning at 1 PM. Came back at 12:55 and at exactly 13:00 hrs the door opened and I was third to be called to enter. The lady that was processing my case (replacement plates and new plate sticker) was professionally kind and completed the whole thing in about 9 minutes. She even managed to select a new plate (I never asked for that) with exactly the same number sequence as the old one and the combination of letters that was more than easy for me to remember. I have never had such pleasant experience with any of the Government services to date. Definitely 5+ stars for today's experience. Thank you!

The wait can sometimes be long but it is a small outlet so it's to be expected and their are seats and most people are kind enough to share if the wait is long. I am happy to have this service in our community.
A	Adam Eastman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a Saturday morning. Line up of 10 people outside. Averaged 1 person served every 25minutes. Apparently they were getting “the flow going”. A bit ridiculous because they do the same thing every day. Staff were nice once in. So 2 stars instead of one.
K	Kensey Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn’t busy, only waited 15mins before getting called in. Two people working at desks with chairs so it was comfortable too. My friends license was expired and they photographed and processed it all very quickly, we were done within five minutes.
