C	C H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I’ve been going to this location for 7 years and every single time the customer service has been horrendous. It baffles me that these women are somehow qualified to work for the government. THE GRINCH could provide better service. Extremely rude, disrespectful, foul service and workers. I have never experienced service anywhere as awful as this place.

B	Bryan S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trenton location has very poor service, and seems that they make up their own rules. I contacted Service Ontario by telephone (Not the Trenton location, as they would not answer the phone), the day before my arrival at the Trenton location, to confirm how to go about obtaining some required documentation. I arrived at the Trenton location the next day with everything I was advised to bring, but when discussing it with the staff member, they would not let me finish my sentence and told me that what I wanted to do was not an option. When I tried to explain how I had already contacted a Service Ontario Office, they cut me off and stated again that what I wanted to do was not an option. (Believe it or not, but instead of trying to get my sentence out, I wished them a good day and left.) Oddly enough when I went to another Service Ontario location, with the exact same information I was told I would need, they were able to provide me with the required documentation. Obviously the Trenton staff member needs to be properly trained on what they are authorized to do, they definitely need customer service training, and they need to remember they work for SERVICE Ontario, not I can't help you Ontario!
K	Kaitlin Gannon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good morning, I do not recommend this facility as the representatives working the counter are quite ignorant and provide misleading information about their workplace. They have two doors for entrance, yesterday they allowed people to go in the EXIT door and today it is forbidden. Disorganized and unprofessional, one teller had their customer speaking to me instead of herself, whereas she was not involved in the conversation nor was this her business to put her nose into. Hostile environment, I felt quite discriminated based on my age as well. I suggest waiting to make an appointment with the Belleville location or any others. Thank you.

s	shelly demers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst location ever. Like seriously ever. Call multiples times to ask a very simple question. Odds are the phone won't be answered. Yes they were open each time I called. .but they just let the phone ring and ring and ring til it auto hangs up on you. When you do go in, be prepared for ridiculous customer service. Snarky workers. Very easy things made into something much bigger. Seriously, if you can, make the drive to Belleville or any other location. Save yourself a huge headache.
