Please put a sign outside stating, people with appointments can walk-in and they have separate line inside! I had to wait in line with the people who had no appointments for 15 mins and then figure it out on my own! These instructions would save tons of time for people who have appointments! Thanks. People with appointments, please walk inside and follow the red arrow!

The older woman I dealt with was horrible, she has no idea what she’s doing and is extremely rude. She treated me like I was β€œstupid” or a child and would yell. Shes angry because she only has three strands of hair and takes that anger out on the customers. Just a warning if you see a woman who’s hair resembles Gollem (LOTR) RUN! She’s incompetent, rude and virtually useless in any matter of service. Don’t waste your time here. Go to Carleton place.. the service there is fantastic and very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend CP, not here.

First of all, I'd like to recommend the name be changed to Circus Ontario given the number of hoops someone needs to jump through to complete a simple task. If you're into being belittled and made to feel like herded cattle on a Saturday morning then this is definitely the place for you. To help you with the wait time, I suggest some buttery popcorn and watch the employees bring taxpayers (yes, the ones paying Circus Ontario employees) to tears in frustration. This location also had fun games to play such as: pin the tail on the procedure OR policy roulette OR magic frustr-8 ball where you ask employees as many questions as you like and you NEVER get the same/right answer!

I stood at the front of the lineup for 20 minutes because only one person was accepting clients at his window. Happens he was new and therefore couldn't do name changes but only renewals. All the other agents were doing work on their computers but not seeing anyone. The lineup was far outside the door by the time I left.

Seriously the best Service Ontario experience ever. I booked an appointment online for 3:15. I arrived at 3:12. By 3:20 I was back in my car, done everything I needed done. Really great work!

If you're having a good day and need a dose of reality to bring you down - definitely come here. The staff are fine. They're doing their jobs, and most clearly don't love their jobs, but oh well. The line will take much longer than you initially think. Despite being totally prepared for whatever you need to do every single person in front of you in line will need to run to their car for something or fill out a form at the desk - so bring a lunch for the wait. The building is a dump - paint chipping, every light is a slightly different colour, and there's old tape from notices and signs on every space on the walls. There's one painting at the entrance.. A popular Walmart print circa 2018. If they served you a flat and warm Pabst Blue Ribbon when you came in it would really round out the vibe they're going for. So in summary it's basically what you'd expect from a ServiceOntario.

They are so badly understaffed and undertrained, it's awful. I feel for them because the line is nuts, at any given time there are 25-50 people waiting. You can book appointments on the website, but it doesn't make a difference. There's no separate line for appointments, the people behind the desk don't acknowledge you unless you go up to the counter and interrupt them. They'll act like u aren't standing right in front of them until you actually say "Excuse me?" Or "hello?" It's so disorganized and chaotic, I dread having to go there. I don't know which is worse; the people that are rude because they're fed up with waiting and being ignored, or the staff that so overloaded they can barely function.

When people make appointments, there should be multiple signs outside of the building on a stand so that they know they can walk straight in. I waited in line outside of the building for 20 minutes past my appointment time today and if another man had not arrived and gone straight in telling someone at the front he had an appointment, i would have likely waited over an hour. Once inside the service was great. If the workers could see out the window, they may be inclined to come out and see if anyone waiting the entire strip of the plaza has an appointment to come right in. The people in there are working hard, but for people that make appointments as per the website recommendation, it isn't appropriate to have them wait this long outside without knowing the process.
