★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult times for service industry with spacing pushing folks outside. This went fairly quick for 2 of us to change provincial health cards. Young Indian lady was excellent. Drivetest by comparison is a nightmare. Now for plate changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and very friendly staff and greeted you as if you were a friend…I’ve been to 2 other locations in the K-W area and had nothing but issues and will never go back…if I owned a business I would hire all 6 girls that were on staff at the Lexington location right away…they all were smiling and looked as if they all enjoyed working at this place..keep up the great work and they should be all keepers at this location..?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor taste in my mouth from being left hanging/standing for 3-5 minutes as the female tattoo’d rep stopped helping me to help the clients to the right of me. Please put the priority of your personal client first (who also arrived first). When the lady finally got back to helping me all she had to do was scan in my new plates and sign off…. Like pleeeeaase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know everyone likes to dump on the DMV (now service Ontario) but every time I've been here the staff are competent and generally tend to lean towards being helpful rather than indifferent. If you have your things in order you'll get what you need, if not, you won't. We all need services, this location is strikingly similar to the others I've been to -- could be better, and could be worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in and out in 10 minutes. The woman who helped me was polite, nice, professional, and incredibly fast. There was about 6 people ahead of us in line, and it was during lunch when we went, but the staff (especially the one who helped me) just zoomed through the work. Never have I seen a ServiceOntario so efficient.
