โ โ โ โ โ Today is Jan 5, 2022 and time is 3:00 pm and went inside. The person who was here said : I can give you ticket and come back tomorrow! No one were inside and they were not doing anything! My question is why this system doesnt respect to people time!? At least they can update their google map hours of operation. This is not rocket science! I gave -5 star for the worst customer service to this center.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited this service Ontario center for getting the vehicle permit replaced. The process is very organised and staff is helpful.
Ample parking available in the complex and this center is pretty close to the Aurora Go station.

โ โ โ โ โ I found this location to actually have very friendly staff - other Service Ontario locations I have attended in York Region the staff were not customer oriented at all. They are doing the best they can to follow the Provincial requirements relative to proper distancing, number of people inside, etc. I had to renew my driver's licence, update from an old red/white health card, change address, update car ownership and licence plate stickers and the customer service was fantastic! Thank you!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Quick and easy to renew my Health Card. I had all the necessary information ready to go, so when my number was called to the counter, it took about 2 minutes to renew. My only gripe is with the person who backed into my car in the parking lot. ...
Great service at ServiceOntario, beware of other customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Please note that you arrive, take a ticket and wait outside. They allow 2 people inside at a time and they are Very Fast to process requests. I arrived and #680 was being called, I was #687 and waited about 10 to 15 minutes, including renewing my health card.
