★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ironically, this place kinda reminds me of the typical US DMV, as seen on TV shows. The staff can, at times, be fairly grumpy and the building is pretty dull and boring. Wait times are usually pretty high, even if there are only a few people ahead of you. You, quite literally, have to plan a good hour or two of your day if you actually have to get anything done here.

The staff were dressed like they were selling cigarettes behind a mall and immediately condescended me and blamed me for using the online services as the reason they wouldnt help me. All i needed was a document that listed my new address and they refused. So unprofessional.

The counter staff were fast friendly knowledgeable very very positive experience. I've never walked out of a service ontario my entire life with a smile.
