ServiceMaster contacted us the day we spoke to our insurance company, came and assessed the damage, coordinated the contractor and the insurance company. Everything was set on motion that same day,.. just had the Service Master professionals on site to reinforce the fence area giving us the confidence and piece of mind that our beautiful dog would be safe and sound once again in his playground, our backyard. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very satisfied with their work! Our basement got flooded, and after we contacted our insurance, Andrew was prompt in getting to our house. Right away, he sent his crew to dry the basement and take off the affected flooring area the night of. They came the following days to take off the rest of the carpeting in the basement. They also respected our privacy, as they called in advance before them came. Thanks for your work!

We were lucky enough that just as I was pulling into my sisters driveway at 11:00pm, one of the owners (Andrew) was pulling into the plaza across the street in his bright yellow truck. I walked over to ask him a couple of questions about the claims process and what needed to be done. He offered to come take a look at the damage and provided his professional opinion. And no word of a lie, within 20 minutes of talking to Andrew he had a crew of people working in my sisters basement. The entire process was very smooth and we would highly recommend their services! Thanks Service Master Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough about the service I received from Service Master. Justin was able to have a crew arrive within an hour of calling. He provided all the necessary information and literature I needed to deal with the situation.
Garry and Irene were amazing. They arrived quickly, worked quickly, and were very reassuring. They made a terrible situation go away quickly, and were friendly and calming in the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We noticed flooding in our finished basement from a broken hot water tank and immediately called ServiceMaster Restore of Niagara to come take a look. Justin responded very promptly and made it out to our place within the hour on a rainy Thursday night, despite lots of other calls coming in. While we were unfortunately not able to use their services due to our home insurance having other preferred contractors we so appreciated his professionalism, rapid response, and helpful explanations as to what was happening with the flooding, the extent of damage and how the process would work with insurance. That he came out so quickly knowing there was a good possibility we might not be able to use their services for the actual work further underlines their commitment to helping homeowners find rapid solutions to stressful problems and providing a high level of professionalism and expertise.
