★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with the service from ServiceMaster Carpet Cleaning - the service technician Douglas D. did a very thorough and careful cleaning of the carpets and was respectful and professional the whole time. He even wore shoe protectors during the visit. I would definitely recommend Service Master and use them again for my carpet cleaning requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harry S was quick and efficient. We asked him to clean carpeting in two closets that had not been washed in 16 years and the results there, and in the rest of the house were excellent. The price was very reasonable as well as Service Master was also doing the carpets in our strata common areas and offered a promotional rate.

He cleaned all the carpets in my house and did not rush through each room. My carpets look great and the price was great for the work done. I definitely recommend Service Master and Harry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a plumbing issue in my condo and was on the receiving end of everyone else flushing their toilets. My carpets were a mess! Masi from Service Master did an amazing job. Very polite, very professional and very thorough. I'd highly recommend. My carpet have never looked this good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They broke our wood fence, they damage our gutter's edge.
We end up have to spent more money to repair everything on our own.
As one of the concil in our townhouse, multiple units has been found gutter edge damaged, after gutter clean by serviceMaster company.
Also the way how they clean the gutter, instead of pick out or vaccumm the gutter, they kind of flush dust/leaf down to the pine, which is easy and fast for them to finisht the job, but it will possible cause future drain pine stuck.
After they came use boom lift, I found out my unit's wood fence got serious damage.
Avoid use this company. No matter how low they quote you for price, you may endup paying much more for repair due to their rush job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll start off by saying we never received services from this company.
We booked online through their website last week. That appointment was cancelled via e-mail due to lack of staff. They took the liberty of rescheduling it themselves for today, a week later. Today comes (after a week of sleeping on our living room floor due to dirty carpets left by our tenants), and they cancel because we don't have a working elevator and they can't come up three flights of stairs.
I'm not sure how they provide service at multilevel homes or townhomes if that's the case, but I'm VERY disappointed. If you have more than one level to your home, maybe consider reaching out to a different company.
