★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompétant! Toujours des erreurs majeurs dans les deux dernières années! Des oublis que je dois repayer plus tard, des lignes de cotisations manquantes etc... Et on me dit que je dois débourser pour faire un redressement alors que ce sont leurs erreurs. De plus je me fis sur mon comptable pour m'aider à économiser car je suis étudiante mais on prend les papiers que j'apportte et on ne me donne aucun conseil. Très déçu.
Incompetent! Still major mistakes in the last two years! Forgets that I have to repay later, missing contribution lines etc ... And I am told that I have to pay to make an adjustment when it is their mistakes. In addition I relied on my accountant to help me save because I am a student but they take the papers that I bring and they give me no advice. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous étions 2 vraiment long avant que les.impot soit fais un bon 1 mois et n'a pas prit connaissance des note laisser car je louais une maison on me dit que la.correction va se faire plus tard après avoir attendu un retour d'appel de 1 semaine.. on me met à la fin pour réajuster... les délais de réponse longue ... et tout ce qu'elle a dit qu'on recevais ou payais n'est pas les bon chiffre à aucun de ns a jetter mes.papier que je devais faire imposer sur la.maison louer.... le fait de voir des facture avec mes papier n'a pas sonner de cloche qui dit a ben pourquoi des facture désoler mais elle n'a pas tomber dans nos corde
We were 2 really long before the tax was made a good 1 month and did not take note of the note to leave because I was renting a house I was told that the correction will be made later after waiting for a return of 1 week call .. I am put at the end to readjust ... the long response times ... and all she said that we were receiving or paying is not the right number to any of us to throw away my paper that I had to impose on the rental house .... the fact of seeing invoices with my paper did not ring a bell which said well why the invoice sorry but it did not fall in our ropes

Un peu long avant d'avoir des nouvelles (3-4 semaines) mais c'est comprenable étant donné la période rush des impôts (avril-mai). D'ailleurs, quand j'ai appelé pour avoir des nouvelles, j'ai eu un suivi la journée même.

A bit long before we have any news (3-4 weeks) but this is understandable given the rush period for taxes (April-May). In fact, when I called to get news, I got a follow-up the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ très déçu... je suis allée porter mes impôts le 12 mars et j’ai été rappeler le 7 avril me disant qu’ils étaient prêt.... je donne mon numero de carte visa et la dame me dis que mes impôts seront envoyer le soir même... je reçois un appel 2 semaines plus tard me disant êtes vous prête à payer... mes impôts avaient pas été envoyer. Selon elle un problème internet... un problème ne dure pas 2 semaines. Très déçue de leur service et surtout au prix que sa coute.
very disappointed ... I went to carry my taxes on March 12 and I was called back on April 7 telling me that they were ready .... I give my visa card number and the lady tells me that my taxes will be send the same evening ... I get a call 2 weeks later telling me are you ready to pay ... my taxes had not been sent. According to her, an internet problem ... a problem does not last 2 weeks. Very disappointed with their service and especially at the price it costs.

Impossible to speak to them and I never received my tax papers because I could not pay but no return call or answer
