★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect a wait...but the attendant that helped me wasn't misleading about it. He explained they were seriously understaffed and estimated a wait time for me. He then suggested I leave and return within that time frame, which allowed me to run other errands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for help with a situation and was told they were full and that I had to wait outside, very difficult to do when you're older and on blood thinners. I think this is cruel and discriminating to seniors. Within 5 minutes of waiting my hands were frozen so I had to leave. No help there at all.
