★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service branches I have been to.From the service of the security service lady Ms.Seema, who is friendly & helpful, to the officers at the counter, i felt a really good experience, which i felt a model for other sites of SC. Thanks to the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: DO NOT LINE UP AFTER 1:30PM IF THERE IS A LINEUP. I arrived there at 1:30 thinking I still had time to get my passport renewal since they close at 4pm, they have 2 security guards (I don’t know why they need 2 guards there to sit and just watch people) who later comes out at 3:45 to say they close at 4pm and may not take anyone else in line… okay why didn’t you tell us sooner or AT LEAST stop people from lining up if you can clearly see people are joining the line so we are not all wasting our time waiting for hours? The security guard tells me that the line up is very unpredictable so they can’t warn people.. Um yes you can, you can let people know out of courtesy that lining up is at their own risk of closing time and not have people wait hours then to tell us you’re closing soon, only 15minutes before closing time when we were waiting there since 1:30pm…. I was literally next in line and they just closed the door at 4, at least cut people off from lining up or warn them not to wait!!!!! Service Canada… please hire people to do their jobs properly, not just sit there and watch us line up freezing in the cold. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internal office staff is really hard working and professional. However one of the lady security guards was very unprofessional. We were standing in the queue for SIN since 7 am in the morning. The lady security guard started giving out slips to fill for SIN number application and was supposed to send us sequentially inside. There were 3 guys who left the queue without the slips, without informing her and returned after 2 hours making an excuse that they left to ‘drink water’. When they saw that we got the slips, they requested this security personnel in their native language and got the slips and cut the long queue right before our eyes and walked away with their SINs breezily before us! While we had been waiting and standing in the queue hungry and thirsty for 5 hours! Very very disappointing and unprofessional behaviour by this lady security staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience…treat newcomers very badly..only 2 officers present when you know this is the busy time. giving passport applications (even without appointment) priority….stood 7:30am in line and got my SIN at 3:3pm. They dont know how to stay organised…if you see 100 people standing outside atleast try to move the line . But when i went inside both counters had passport applicants. And just a question if you know someone has working rights why SIN is not given at the time of immigration? Why nowcommers have to go through such a hassle?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need a SIN, come at 5am, Spend 3 hours in the morning so u dont have to spend 8 hours during the day. We came at 7:30am and got in at 3:30pm. Very bad experience. They are always short staffed. They should be aware of their busy season and that the amount of people coming to this location every day. Also, why don’t they just issue SIN at immigration counter when they issue study or work permit? Why do they put new comers through extra struggle? Make sure you bring a friend with you so you can take turns in the queue and bring enough snacks and water. Be prepared to stand in cold and rain for hours or bring ur beach chair. Its a full day camping experience.

So, I started from my home at 6:15 as bus was at 6:32 and i reached there at 7:30 along with my kid as he was alone at home... there were 3 ppl b4 me and after 8am queue was getting longer. As there were few appointments so my number was 7 and it was really smooth process but there was shortage of the staff so taking bit longer for an applicant .As I read many reviews n got scared about the crowd and long queues but all went smoothly..
All the Security staff was so nice n humble and friendly.. thnx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a waste of your time to go to this location. May 13, 2022 I visited to renew my passport. They opened at 8;30 am and immediately said no walk ins. Everyone was turned away. If it is appointment only it should have been specified. There were not too many people (40-50) and they could have just seen the people who lined up. They complained there was only one staff. Do not come to this location and there really should be a complaint process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cause of less staff members at the centre, it can take 4-5 hours so be prepared for waiting and standing in the queue. Go as early you can so your turn will come fast, try to reach around 8:00 am or before. Centre opens at 8:30 am. Rest Staff is cheerful & helping.
