Why do we have a service Canada building in this town if it never is open and when you go in ten minutes before closing you get a rude woman telling you we can't do anything, we are closed in ten minutes...then close the door of you can't do anything!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived just after 3pm on a Friday and it was quite busy. The two staff members were working hard to help everyone. By the time we were done processing our applications it was 4:30 pm. At no time did the person helping make us feel badly that it was past closing time. She was friendly and courteous and got the paperwork done as quickly as possible. For the complainers, if you can be online to whine you can search for hours of operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience with a belligerent security guard after I fell on ice. He was asked about maintenance, I was attacked with verbal abuse about how it is not his job.. Also very belligerent with by law when they went to check out the area. Severely unprofessional security...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't look after their sidewalks to save their life, had a slip and fall injury to my wife, the security guard proceeded to yell and swear at me and my wife about how it's not his responsibility to take care of the sidewalk... it may not be but it is the owner or employees job to make sure... this is disgusting behavior and the security goober will be lucky if he has a job after this....
