★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the gentleman at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. he gets a 5 star. the lady that works there with the brown hair bangs and shoulder length hair gets a -5. i dont think ive ever met someone as miserable and with as much attitude. she should learn the definition of friendly "service" from her coworker!
